Barry is a former army officer who served with the United Nations on multiple overseas deployments. Following his time in the military, he undertook a traineeship with one of Ireland's leading law firms, Arthur Cox.

He founded Crushell & Co Solicitors on 01 September 202o, during the Covid-19 global pandemic, to provide expert and effective advice to those navigating complex workplace challenges.

The goal of this blog is to provide companies, human resource professionals, and ordinary workers, with professional insight and analysis of important Irish employment law cases.
